Welcome to Critical Mass Personal Training. My name is Chadwick Smith, and I’m dedicated to helping you get strong, get un-stuck from the “same old, same old,” and to maximize your time. If you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level, you’ve come to the right place.
Your consultation and first session are always free.
In 30 to 40 minutes, 2 to 3 times per week, we’ll get you strong, fit, and help speed you toward your health and lifestyle goals with High Intensity workouts.
I won’t promise my clients overnight success, perfect health, or an easy way out. But I will promise that we’ll build some serious strength, and in so doing I guarantee a sense of accomplishment, and that they’ll be happier and healthier for their hard work.
